Terms & Conditions

The following terms shall apply throughout this page:

• "You", "Your" etc- You, being the person who wishes to use this service.
• "We", "Us", "Our" etc- Distortal Web Design Ltd or its authorised representative.
• "The Service"- The provision of the d04.net subdomains.
• "Link"- Any subdomain created by you using the service.

In order to use this service, you agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. We reserve the right to permanently remove any link that we deem to be to unacceptable content immediately and without prior warning. You agree to indemnify us from prosecution and monetary loss arising from the removal of your link. Unacceptable content includes, but is not limited to:

   1. Copyrighted material used without permission.
   2. Threatening, obscene, disparaging, or hate-related content.
   3. The promotion of illegal or prohibited activity.
   4. Pirated software (warez).
   5. Promotion or sale of Uncolicited Bulk Commercial Email (SPAM) or related services.
   6. Pornography, both real and simulated, or services of an adult nature.
   7. Phishing, or otherwise attempting to extract user information by deception.

2. In addition to this we have initiated a policy of keeping the database tidy. Websites will be viewed at random and may be removed without notice if:

1. The link displays a 404 or other error message.
2. The destination page no longer abides by these terms.
3. The server cannot be reached.

3. You agree that you will not attempt to circumnavigate or hack any limit, page, portion or function of the service including, but not limited to, the provision of the service, the limit on the number of domains permitted, the security of the service and the display of sponsor advertisements.

4. We reserve the right to suspend your subdomainif it uses a disproportionate amount of bandwidth or otherwise affects the smooth operation of the webserver, or if it has too many visitors from different IP Addresses in a given period, or if it received too many complaints from different IP Addresses.

5. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in a message from us to your email address so that you may have the opportunity to make changes. Repeated breaches may result in your account and domains being suspended.

6. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time and without notice. You are advised to check back from time to time to ensure that you still comply with these terms.
